Harbour Town Clubhouse

The Harbor Town Clubhouse renovation and expansion was a unique project due to the schedule set forth by the developer. The original clubhouse was to be torn down and a new clubhouse was to be constructed between the close of the final round of The Heritage and open 3 weeks prior to the start of next year's event.
Choate Construction brought Truss Link in early to set the budget, establish construction details, and assure proper phasing so the building was in the dry as quickly as possible. Coordinating closely with Choate as well as the other trades, the project was delivered on time and at budget.
Del Webb RiverLights Amenities Building
This design-assist project required a team effort from all involved in order to meet the owner's schedule. Truss Link, along with its engineering partners, was able to help coordinate all structural trades to get this building vertical in an expedited manner.
The building design required inverted sloped ceilings, multiple roof pitches, and mechanical wells incorporated into the truss design. Once the project was underway, Truss Link worked closely with Monteith and complementing trades to phase the dry-in of the structure to deliver the project on time.
Sullivan's Islands Elementary

Located just a few hundred yards from the Sullivan's Island shoreline, this project required multiple phases and sets to get the structure erected and dried in.
Fort Gordon 29717 Retro Fit
Truss Link has completed retro-fit framing packages on major military installations across the Carolinas and Georgia. By utilizing the existing structural capacity, we are able to provide a streamlined, weather tight framing method to allow a new pitched roof to be installed.
Building 29717's existing roof had several roof elevations and soffit heights that had to be considered in the design. During the design/build process our firm delivered a roof structure that allowed the new roof to have common eave lines and simple geometry.
